Concrete pavement repair compound is a specialized repair solution developed for addressing pavement defects, featuring ultra-early strength, high adhesion, and exceptional durability. It enables traffic reopening within 2 hours post-repair, with compressive strength exceeding 30MPa—far surpassing the 7-day strength standard of conventional cement. The material achieves ≥2.5MPa adhesion to existing subgrade, enabling ultra-thin repair layers (minimum 2mm thickness) without secondary detachment or slab breakage. Its wear resistance is three times that of ordinary concrete, with freeze-thaw cycles exceeding F300 and resistance to de-icing salt corrosion. The service life matches the original pavement, and the construction process is simple, requiring no heavy equipment. The overall repair cost is only 40% of traditional demolition and repaving methods.
