The concrete bonding adhesive is mechanically mixed uniformly from cement, quartz sand, polymer binder, and various additives. It is primarily used as an adhesive for bonding insulation boards and is also referred to as polymer insulation board bonding mortar.

Its modified polymer powder enhances tensile bond strength to over 1.0MPa—2-3 times higher than conventional cement mortar—ensuring secure adhesion to EPS/XPS insulation boards, rock wool boards, and extruded polystyrene boards without hollowing or peeling. With F200 freeze-thaw cycle resistance, it withstands temperatures from-30°C to 70°C, maintaining adhesion and crack resistance even in outdoor environments. The ready-mix dry powder requires only water mixing for on-site use, with a 2-hour curing period post-application. This innovative solution enables single-person daily coverage of over 80㎡, achieving 40% higher construction efficiency compared to traditional mortar formulations.
The Concrete Bonding Adhesive is primarily designed for the following applications: (1)Exterior wall insulation system construction: Serves as the bonding material between various insulation panels and building substrates such as concrete or aerated concrete blocks, forming the core component of thin plaster exterior insulation systems. (2) Installation of integrated insulation-decorative panels: Used for bonding substrates of prefabricated decorative components like ceramic insulation panels and stone composite insulation panels, replacing traditional dry-hanging methods to reduce construction costs. (3)Special substrate bonding construction: Suitable for bonding insulation layers to existing finishes (e.g., tiles or coatings) during old wall renovations, as well as for interior wall insulation systems and roof insulation layer bonding.
