Product Description

Post-tensioning Grouty is a specialized construction material formulated with cement-based materials and additives. It features micro-expansion, adjustable setting time, high filling capacity, strong bonding properties, and zero shrinkage, while being free from substances harmful to steel reinforcement. Primarily used in post-tensioning prestressed duct grouting, it protects prestressed tendons and ensures effective bond with concrete. Its applications span railway and highway bridges, large-scale prestressed structures, and curtain grouting systems.

Post-tensioning Grouty is a specialized grouting material for post-tensioning prestressed engineering, offering distinct advantages over traditional cement slurry: 
It exhibits excellent fluidity with an initial flow time of 10-17 seconds, capable of filling even complex channels with a diameter of just 1 cm without bleeding or segregation.
The slurry features controllable micro-expansion properties, achieving a post-hardening vertical expansion rate of 0.02%-0.5% that completely eliminates shrinkage voids. With a bonding strength exceeding 10 MPa, it firmly clamps prestressed tendons while preventing water vapor and harmful ions from penetrating, resulting in over 50% enhanced corrosion resistance. 
Its compressive strength reaches up to 80 MPa, demonstrating strong load-sharing synergy with the structural matrix and reducing prestress loss by 15%-20%.
Post-tensioning Grout is applied in highway/iron bridge, large-span building prestressed beam, nuclear power plant prestressed shell, water conservancy aqueduct and other projects. They are also widely used in the repair of aging prestressed structures. They are the core material to ensure the service of prestressed structures for more than 30 years without maintenance.
